not all IPTV channels updating EPG

Perhaps someone can help me. I am having an issue with the EPG not updating on some of my IPTV channels. I have asked my IPTV provider and they say there is no issues at this time. I have checked their app and all of the channels are updating correctly.
I am having this issue with several systems at different locations.

I have provided the logs.

If you want to PM me a download link for your npvr.db3, and the names of some channels that should getting EPG but aren't, I can check it for you.
