thanks for looking. it still isnt doing anything. I passed out for a bit.
I did that command and got "m_IRBlasterPort == 0; hcwirblast.dll disabled" when in nextpvr. still black screen? I had the capture open so you could see the output works, just not nextpvr. Err it works now! What is the best encoder/decoder? I will sign up with schedules direct tomorrow. What about getting this setup for mobile devices/android? Is there a good setup place for that?

Also, am I using the best codecs?
