HDHR QAM scan missing channels

When performing a QAM channel scan I found that there are some channels missing in the list when it completes. The scan reports that if found 232 channels but only 66 are listed. I made a scan file that only scans channel 83 (one of the missing channels) and they show up in the list even though it says 0 channels were found.

I attempted several scans and it always seems to miss the same channels.

I think the "channels found" may be reporting the same channel more than once.
