NPVR Update Error

Trying to update to the latest version. Followed the instructions but I'm getting this error.  All the files seem to be there.  Thanks for the help!

Yes after the forum change the installer was broken but I was hoping to sneak by without an update until I found out the resolution to this thread https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=59796 Unfortunately that strategy didn't work (by one day) but the good news is we found the missing dependency and I have an update ready to give to sub.

Ah man! So close lol. Should I try updating tomorrow or am I good to go now?
