Disabled ufw and still the same popup error "NextPVR PVR client Add-on couldn't be loaded. An unknown error has occurred."
Here's the ufw status. Is this correct?

Since the network is failing to both your Kodi and NextPVR servers it has to be either your networking or your firewire/virus scan settings which we can't debug for you. Power off everything.
I am assuming you also ran the test from a remote browser and that your remote devices are on the same subnet.
