Using a browser I can't figure out how to enter a "manual" recording schedule completely. I can sucessfully enter everything fine except the time. Defaults from 8:30PM to 8:30PM.  Can only get a calendar popup in the date/time field. I can type a different military time in but it doesn't take.  I can get a time entered using the client app localhost but the client app doesn't prompt what directory I want it in. Tried to work between browser and client app to get a complete entry but can't figure out how to edit after a schedule creation so I can fix the incorrect scheduled time.

The only work around I've found so far is to export recordings, delete all recordings, edit the exported recording/recurring-backup xml to include the proper time, import the recording/recurring-backup xml, shutdown/restart the process.  Gotta be a better way.

I'm aware of an oddity on that manual recording popup. Click the calendar icon next to the date/time field. Below the calendar, there is some blank space (where there is supposed to be a clock icon), click there and it should popup the time entry portion.

Easy once you know Big Grin

I haven't yet worked out why the clock isn't appearing when I use a dark theme.

One problem with the hidden clock is it doesn't populate a manual scheduled recording properly.  I add a reoccurring schedule choosing a date, a time, and a duration of 60 minutes.  Afterwards the schedule reports my manual entry as, for example, on 11/21/19 from 8AM to 8AM.   So appears it doesn't recognize the duration of 60 minutes.  Consequently nothing records. Tried 3 different browsers, same result.  Are you aware of this?

Another limitation is a manual schedule can't be fully edited after the fact.  When editing only some of the several parameters are visible so some parameters can't be modified, like the time problem mentioned above.  So a scheduled recording has to be deleted and recreated to fix some issues rather than simply editing a change.

No, I wasn't aware of that. I just checked now, and was able to reproduce it with a recurring recording. The duration works correctly on a one-off manual recording. The manual feature is pretty new, and not many people use manual recordings, so likely no one had noticed.

This is fixed for the next release.

This was intentional. I was just trying to make life easier for myself. I'll endeavour to make the rest of the attributes editable too.

I've fixed this for the next build.

I installed the latest release. I find the duration is now being honored and works good. However, I still can't edit manual recordings, only those entered via the guide.

Correction, both duration and post-editing manual recordings both work now, thanks so much!
