IPTV Merge Channel Question...

If I have 2 different m3u files with the same channels (same channel number, description, etc just different source) and import both into v5 and then auto merge the channels, how does nextpvr choose which stream to use? If one doesn't respond, does it switch to the next source? Or is purely round robin?
