Given you're using Docker, which is kind of a vm, hardware devices wont be visible unless you map them into your docker container by adding something like this to your docker command line.

--device /dev/dvb:/dev/dvb

or

--device=/dev/dvb

Thanx for the hint. I tried both after "docker run -d \" and shows 4 devices (2 for T and 2 for C). I choose one, press scan, shows an empty drop down list where i can choose nothing and next a scan button, i press scan nothing happens... I m thinking maybe i have to find exact dvb option to use ? How? I am total newbie to that..

Ps. Just tried "sudo chown -R pi:pi /dev/dvb" same result.

Can you try grabbing that docker image again? I think it was missing the dtv-scan-tables package, which goes in those drop downs. I've updated the Docker image to include these.

Most people using Docker are using other types of tuners which don't require these files.

Thanx for everything. Found channels perfectly. Even tried playing within rpi4 browser and played fine (choppy of course but for testing, perfect)... Thanx again. Have to find a way to copy the channel icons now.

Sorry sub, final question, i edited the xml file to change the epg language settings, but they don't seem to work. In Windows 10 i had to put environmental variables and everything was fine. Any solution here?

Great. Realistically the raspberry pi devices are too slow to be a server if you're intending to watch video in the browser (since it needs to transcode the video in real-time to a format the browser can play). The notable exception is video coming from an IPTV source, since it doesn't need to transcode this in most cases.

What EPG source are you using? Schedules Direct you can use the button to download the channel icons. Otherwise you'd need to manually place them in the .\media\channels subdirectory in the user data directory.

I use over the air EPG. Changed the languages in the xml to "gre" for the EIT as well, cleared and reupdated epg but not showing greek info.

I also have a lot of problems with streaming. I use an nvidia nvidia to watch live tv and sometimes. Some channels work, then they don't when i change a channel, any ideas??

I'm not sure this works with Linux. I know I implemented it in Windows, but I can remember implementing it in Linux (which uses different code). I'll have to check it.

You'll have supply logs. Ideally find one specific scenario that you can reproduce, so we can focus on that. Also best if you can restart the docker container (to reset the logs), and reproduce with the least amount of steps possible, then post the logs along with a brief description of what you tried and what happened.
