MCE Remote Opens NextPVR Behind Other Windows

Hi there I recently switched over from win7 WMC to NextPVR v4 on a clean Win10 x64 install.  I have most things running pretty smoothly except for starting NPVR with the MCE remote.  I have the config set to launch NPVR with the MCE remote and to run in full screen.  The problem is when I do this it's behind any other windows and the taskbar.  Even if I have no other windows open, it's still behind the taskbar and unresponsive.  Unless I use my mouse to click on NPVR nothing works.  I have checked "always on top" a number of times but it's always unchecked when I restart the app.

This only seems to happen if I launch NPVR with the remote, if I use my mouse to click on the shortcut, it works fine.

Is there a setting in the config.xml file that I missed or something else I can try?

I think that perhaps it's a Windows 10 thing. I often (but not always!) launch programs in Windows 10 and only see the icon show up on the taskbar. The program has opened, but it's behind other Windows that were already open. This never happened until I moved to Win 10. And it happens on multiple computers that are running Win 10...

Likewise.    Annoying, but I never got round to investigating further.

I had the same problem. I resolved it by altering the MCE remote mapping with the Advanced MCE Remote Mapper Tool. I have the NPVR icon on my desktop and assigned a keyboard shortcut to the icon (I used ALT+CTRL+N) then assigned the same keystroke to the green button on the remote via the tool and that solved it.
The registry entry is at:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da
and sometimes with an update the system creates an entry with a 56da on the end which mucks things up but it can just be deleted (which I have done probably three times so far).
