Port 8867

I have V5 assigned to port 8867. I recently noticed the following in the on-screen rolling log:

I used WHOIS to find this IP and it reported "https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/66.240.219.146?page=2", CARInet Inc.

Should I be worried that this is a sign of a hack?

If you have an IP on the internet this is eventually going to happen to any open port.
