At what time did you have the problem so that we know where to look in the logs?
Was an EPG update in progress when the problem occurred?
I restarted the computer and tried to play in the app and I think in the web app. I hope the logs are only short and basically only cover the time since the restart. There shouldn't have been any epg update going on as its set to 2:44am.
Scanning doesn't find anything. Just hope it isn't my 4 month old TV card. I'll try seeing if the old set top box is working OK - it lights up and provides power to the dish.
Also hope the dish hasn't moved, its not been windy, its not Wellington...
Might try moving it later, hopefully I'll find something literally outside the box first though.
Hope the card is OK, its quite difficult to find them nowadays, and I got it from the UK, so while hopefully it can be checked or replaced or something, there's the whole covid thing and being in NZ the postage cost is probably ridiculous as well.
