Windows FM Radio support in v5.

VLC is installed. I changed both tuning name entries in the bat file. I am trying to see if i can manually tune and play a channel using ffplay.

ffplay works.

EDIT: Can also enter and play fm station in VLC via open capture device. Radio plays in kodi, web but no sound. In nextpvr app I just see please wait. Believe it is also playing but without sound.

Did you also change :dshow-tuner-frequency=%1 to :dshow-tuner-channel=%1

To test ffplay properly on 94.9 did you do it this way?

"C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\scripts\AnalogRadio.bat" 94900000 | "C:\Program Files\NextPVR\Other\ffplay" -i -

If that works testing with NextPVR.exe or Kodi would be better.

I had not changed :dshow-tuner-frequency=%1 to :dshow-tuner-channel=%1. I did now I'm getting a Streaming Failed (transcoder exited) in the web interface.

I did not test ffplay this way, When I run,

The radio channel never starts to play. The last line looks like this nan : 0.000 fd= 0 aq= 0KB vq= 0KB sq= 0B f=0/0

EDIT: Something going on. I changed tuner-channel back to tuner-frequeny and im still getting streaming failed (transcoder exited). Maybe a reboot will help.

A reboot will like not help but don't bother with the web app until that ffplay works.

Post the contents of AnalogRadio.bat and we can check.

That's ok (at least by the other user who posted) Maybe try adding -crossbar_audio_input_pin_number 3 before the -i audio on the ffmpeg line.
I would also add -vn before -acodec

I will try. Oddly enough when I run "C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\scripts\AnalogRadio.bat" 94900000 | "C:\Program Files\NextPVR\Other\ffplay" -i - I cannot get anything to work until I reboot. The app says unable to find capture device. failed to start
