Hello,
I've noticed that NPVR has set a waketimer for 01/01/1000:
Code:
PS C:\Windows\system32> powercfg /waketimers
Timer set by [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Program Files\NextPVR\NextPVRServer.exe expires at 00:59:59 on 01/01/10000.

Timer set by [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Program Files\NextPVR\NextPVRServer.exe expires at 22:27:30 on 05/05/2020.

Timer set by [SERVICE] \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\System32\svchost.exe (SystemEventsBroker) expires at 06:48:15 on 19/05/2020.
  Reason: Windows will execute 'NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator\Backup Scan' scheduled task that requested waking the computer.

I know it probably does not matter, but is there a way to delete this waketimer? Or does it serve a purpose?
(the second NPVR waketimer is one that is there because I scheduled a recording)

Thanks!

Jörg

I suspect that is coming from your epg update time and will be fixed in you change it

What do you have in config.xml for

<EPGUpdateHour>2</EPGUpdateHour>
<EPGUpdateTime>02:44:00</EPGUpdateTime>
<EPGUpdateEnabled>true</EPGUpdateEnabled>

Great catch!  Smile
I had it set - through the web interface - not to update EPG automatically, which in the xml file looked
Code:
<EPGUpdateHour>2</EPGUpdateHour>
    <EPGUpdateTime>
    </EPGUpdateTime>
    <EPGUpdateEnabled>true</EPGUpdateEnabled>

Once I set a time in the web interface, and checked again, the entry in config.xml looks similar to yours and the waketimer in the year 10000 disappeared and one with the appropriate time for the EPG update was present.

So it is apparently a side-effect of disabling the automatic EPG update.

It was no big deal, but thanks for figuring out where it came from. Smile
