Stop the service and zip up the log folder and send the zip file. You didn't indicate what platform some more information on that here https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/components

My system is a Dell Optiplex 755, running Windows 10 (newly installed and updated). I'm also new to npvr v.5. Files attached.
BTW, whatever it recorded (I saw the tuner on, and turned off later) I don't have in the target folder.

Attached Files
.zip   logs.zip (Size: 1.46 MB / Downloads: 3)
.zip   NPVR-data.zip (Size: 1.49 MB / Downloads: 2)

You aren't running the current version, but I cannot explain your issue. Does it work if you try ipv4 http://127.0.0.1:8866

No, still doesn't work, and I installed ver. 5.0.7 and it still doesn't work.
BTW, how do I assure it's using ipv4? Is there a way to force that if necessary?

localhost typically is ipv6.

Does ctrl-f5 change anything? If not are you running a VPN?

No, it still fails. I have a home network going, is that a VPN?

No you would need special software for a VPN.

I'm using MS Edge. Is that a problem?
And do I need VPN? It was working for almost a week up to yesterday.

No, you don't need a VPN. I saw it go from working to not working in the previous log. Did you try a reboot?
