unable to see recorded list on Web app after 5.0.5 installation

If I record a new show, I can see it in Pending, like I can see Planned recording
but I cannot see the same list for existing  recorded shows . The desktop is fine with the list of recorded shows

Does the file exist? The web app api requires a file to exist, the PC client does not.

I see two "status": "failed" in your recording list

Can you supply your npvr.db3 file, and the name/time of the recording that is not showing up?

I am able to play the files listed in deskstop app.
What is very strange  is that I do exactly he same thing with the previuos 5.0 release and it was perfectly working.

I install the V5 , then I modify the 2 files config.xml and npvr.db3 (in attachment)

Did you import files using this method https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid517853 ? It seems your files are on a NAS so I am guess that you never had your I: drive configured to work with NextPVR. You need to change the NextPVR service to run as your user ID.

No, I used the method suggested by Sub , just copy the config.xml and the nextpvr.db3 from 4.x in client (with I:/NAS there with all files) . With the previuos 5.x release I was able to see the recorded/play  files in both Desktop and web apps (also from appleTV)
Doing the same thing with 5.0.5 I can see/play the recorded flies with Desktop but not seeing them with Web (nor Apple TV)

Ok vidimport won't work the server won't be able to see your I: drive either which is why your need to change the service permissions.

I think there is quite a misunderstanding on the NAS. In fact it is a SATA disk in the machine that I called NAS, (directory on the I: disk) not an extranal NAS
like you were thinking. SO the disk is mounted with access to it (the previous V5 was seeing it with noi ssue)
