New To NextPVR, can't get it set up to load EPG Data

I'm on a Windows 8.1 machine and I have NextPVR installed and it sees my tuners and I have the channels for my area loaded into NectPVR but using my Schedules Direct account I can't get it to download any EPG data.  It takes my login info but does nothing with it.  I've uninstalled and re-installed NextPVR several times and nothing changes

On your Settings->Channels page, does the EPG Source column say 'Schedules Direct' for you channels, or something else?

Did you go onto the settings guide page an add your lineups? These are not the same as you see on the SD website.

 It says "none" and when I click on the wrench icon I can manually select my Cable Company channel from schedules direct....but do I have to do this 500 times for all my channels?

Click Advanced Tools -> Automap, and select your channel type, and the Schedules Direct lineup you'd like to map to. It'll try to map the channels it can do automatically.

After that, hit the 'update epg' button.

OK, I figured it out, I used auto map to change the source for all channels to Schedules Direct and then emptied the EPG data and re-loaded it.....waiting now

First load can be relatively time consuming, particularly if you have a lot of channels. The overnight ones are incremental and tend to be quicker.
