Yes 2MB forum limit plus it needs to be zipped, use external sites like OneDrive, Dropobox etc for larger links.

Yes, that is exactly what I am seeing all the time. So strange. Had a thought, I have two other phones that are in a drawer that I no longer use; and S5 and and S7. I think later on today, I'll install the app on those and see if it happens on those to see if it is android software version related. Those are each running older versions of android s/w.

So I was able to install the app on the S5 with software version G900 on it. App works well. Couldn't install on the S7 with G935 on it, since it is in my wife's name and wouldn't install since I am the owner. I checked and the S10e is running software version G970. So something changed between G900 and G970 causing the black screen issue.

Do you know what version of android s/w your app was designed with?

I'm sure it will be Android version related. The pink screen issue was also Android 10 specific. There is very few people here running a version of Android this new, so I'm guessing not many people have encountered it. That said, I was able to reproduce the pink screen with an Android 10 simulator. I was not able to reproduce this other problem, so it doesn't look like it effects all Android 10 users

Put this way - I don't have any devices that can natively run Android 10, so it's certainly not had an serious testing against Android 10. This project doesn't earn enough money to regularly buy Android test devices. The last time I bought Android test devices was early 2018, and they're no longer getting updates....I wish Android was a little more like Apple in this area, giving multiple years of updates, without being at the mercy of other 3rd party companies

After updating to the new apk did your clear the cache and all program memory? I was having problems with Android 10 and got the new apk from sub and I had the blank channel issue but I now can't duplicate it after clearing everything.

So I do the same thing as you, what exact steps did you do? Entire phone? Just the app? There are so many options on the phone. Please give me details so I make sure I do exactly what you do. Thanks.

Never mind, found the options in the App settings. Cleared it and it still does the black screen. Should I un-install and re-install?
