All my recordings that were happening during the time change Sunday morning are all messed.  I'm not sure it the cause lies with the EPG or with how NextPVR handles it but I did notice that all day yesterday the little bar in the web app that shows the current time vertical on the guide was incorrect by the old time.

It appears that I had a recording start at 1;59AM on TCM and it somehow padded the program by almost an hour and then the next two movies were just recorded after that recording stopped so the first one has all the first movie and part of the second, the second has part of the second and part of the third, and the third has the ending of the third.  Now I should be able to edit these back together but it is a pain.

I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem but I felt I should report it so you can determine the cause to see if it can be avoided in March.

Thanks

What EPG source are you using?

NextPVR uses UTC behind the scenes, which doesn't use daylight savings, so should shouldn't have had any issues with daylight savings changes in whatever local timezone you're in.

It would be helpful to see the logs. The hour of padding makes sense to me but anything starting with padding after 2am should have been ok.

Thanks but unfortunately you are too busy and your logs only go back 24 hours.

I use Schedules Direct and saw it too. If I see it in March and remember I'll try to submit a log.
IIRC, it recorded Discovery in place of Young Sheldon and something else for Discovery.

The bug didn't impact recordings just the web guide display. That could be a docker time issue on your host.
