I just installed the latest version and Parallelprocessing.bat was running.  It is not being invoked now. This was all to see why comskip wasn't running.

Any tips. It could be a permission issue, but I am not certain.

Try running the same command exactly from the command line and see if you can find the error

It worked. There was an error with me not putting the next end files in the correct location.
