IPTV Guide loading issue

IPTV Guide loading issue

Hello,

I have an IPTV subscription and the m3u loaded without an issue so I can see all the channels I have. What I cannot get to load is the IPTV Guide so I can record shows. The XMLTV Guide URL they've provided is:    http://ky-iptv.com:25461/xmltv.php?username=xxxxxxxx&password=xxxxxxxx&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts.  I have tried truncating by removing the =mpegts and it had no effect. Please advise if you have any insight.

Click Update EPG and then attach your logs to a post telling us the time that you did the Update EPG so that we know where to look in the logs ... https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/get-help ... Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for the quick reply. I believe I've attached the log zip file correctly.  I ran the update EPG at approximately 7:57am (US Central time)

I greatly appreciate your assistance.

If the zip is more than 2MB then it will silently fail.

Thank you for the information. Are you saying the ZIP file I sent you is > than 2MB or the EPG needs to be less than 2MB? If it's the EPG, do you advise I edit the ZIP file locally and remove all the channels that I don't care about and then try to reload?

The zip file. If it is smaller make sure you see it attached at the bottom. I don't drag the file I click on that area of the screen to get a File Open dialog.

I see the Zip contains devices, which is a text file, 3 devices.log files, NPVR and nrecord, which are text files, and 3 nrecord.log files. Which if these is it that you need since the 3 nrecord.log files are all greater than 2MB each? Thank you

Hit the Update EPG button, then zip and attach the nrecord.log

There is a button in Web App -> Settings -> About that will create a zip file ... Is this zip file bigger than 2 Meg?

If the zip file is smaller than 2 Meg than attach it to a post.

If the zip file is bigger than 2 Meg than put it on Dropbox or OneDrive or some other cloud storage service and put a link in your post.

I just checked at the entire file set in ZIP form is only 758kb but it wouldn't load so here's a googledrive shared link you should be able to access.  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DHmvTU0...sp=sharing
