Settings in Version 5

Installed latest version of NextPVR on a new desktop pc. Have some questions about default values and settings I used to use that I can't find anywhere in current version:
Is blocking shutdown while recording a default setting? If not, where do I set it?
Read that NextPVR defaults to skipping commercials while recording. Does that mean I can skip using ComSkip?
Used to use channel groups, i.e., Primary Channels, Movie Channels, and Documentary channels. Is there a way for me to do that?
Used to channels by Genre. Is there a way to do that?
Downloaded channel icons and selected "Name and Icon" in settings. Not seeing it.

The channel icons have to have filenames that match the names of the channels in Settings -> Channels ... Remind me ... where did you set "Name and Icon"?

If you're running NextPVR v5 on Windows, yes the tray app blocks shutdown while recording.

NextPVR has always recorded the whole show. If you use comskip though (via PostProcessing.bat or ParallelProcessing.bat), the nextpvr.exe client will skip the adverts during playback. (this was the same in NextPVR v4 and other previous versions)

Yes, you can still do that. On the Settings->Channels page, you can use Advanced Tools -> Channel Groups to create new custom groups.

The colours for "Travel, Nature, ..." depend on "Genre" information in your EPG source data.  There is a setting to display Genre colours in the Guide of the NextPVR Web App ... https://github.com/sub3/NextPVR/wiki/Add...g-defaults

Are genre colours displayed in the Guide in the Web App?  Are you wanting the same colour display in NextPVR.exe?

The default for DVB-T broadcasts from a rooftop aerial is to use the EPG data that is in the broadcast stream ... The source would DVB/ATSC.

Where did you set "Name and Icon" and where are you "not seeing it"?

I think NextPVR.exe still uses the genre colours from v4 but there is no configuration in setup.. If you copied your v5 database from your v4 database they should be there.
