Recordings with Next PVR 4.2.5 (CL0116) have background music but no voice in record

  My recordings from OTA broadcasts using a BDA 2875 TV Tuner for ATSC record video, but not all sound. The background music seems o be recorded, but there is no voice from the characters.
I am using the following renderers:
Video Decoders
MPG2 Video: MPC-MPEG-2 Video Decoder (Gabfest)
H.264 Video: Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder
HEVC Video: Disabled
Audio Decoders
Mpeg1 Audio: Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder
AC3 Audio: Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder
E-AC3 Audio: LAV Audio Decoder
AAC Audio: Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder
HE AAC Audio: Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder
box is checked to Only use mapped audio decoders during .tc playback.
I have several .ts files of sizes 2.78GB, 2.63GB, 3.93GB, and 3.87GB. All with the same problem.

Please help me to resolve this recording problem so I can get recordings with the correct audio.

It'll be recording everything included in the broadcast. It'll likely be a playback issue, like either it's picking the wrong audio stream, or something is going wrong with the audio channels in 5.1 AC3 multi-channel audio.

What are you playing the recording in? NextPVR?

I typically use the VLC media player. Other players seem to have the same results. I wonder if it is possible that since VLC is the default player, other media players do not operate instead.

I tested prerecorded videos which were done with the same settings, and they do not have problems playing the complete audio in the VLC program, so I do not think the problem can be the playback player.

in VLC have you tried selecting a different audio track while playing the file?
