I have this (Advanced) recurring schedule like: title like '%Christmas%' and genres like '%Movie / Drama%' and channel_oid in ( select oid from channel where name not like '% HD' )

I want to temporaly disable this (till next Christmas season Smile). The only option I now have is to delete it. But certainly for this advanced type like schedules I just want to disable it.

What client are you using? NextPVR already supports this functionality (i.e. there is a setting in the database for each recurring record to enable/disable it), however, I'm not sure that any of the current clients let you actually see/change that setting for a specific recording. You might have to use a sqlite3.exe (or another similar program) to manipulate the DB directly.

iOS app and webinterface.
It would be cool if NextPVR would support this for the normal day2day user. Even as a developer myself I don't see myself constantly fiddling with the database... I just want it to work from my couch Smile
Hopefully sub will put this on his roadmap... IF NextPVR already supports this it would be even easier to enable it in the interface.

The existing nextpvr.exe for Windows users already supports this.

I've added it to the web app for the next release.

Sub: How can I disable a recurring recording in the web app?

On the Scheduler->Recurring page, click a recording recording, and one of the options in the popup is 'enabled'.

I do see it here for a non-Advanced recurring recording:

Ah ok. I'll look into adding it for advanced recordings.
