Kodi configuration on Chromecast with google tv

Hi,
Im looking for possibilities to configure kodi through the .xml files under userdata folder.
is there any easy way to access them on the chromecast? preferebly over network shares.
I suppose I could type in manually the smb share destinations, but i need to also configure the database path for the library to keep it in sync with the rest of my kodi players.

Typically these general questions are for the Kodi forum. I am sure there are ways with other apps but I just connect my devices via adb and you can use IP.
