TV Guide not updating

I was happily running NextPVR 4.2.5 for the past year then discovered version 5 was available so of course I upgraded to the latest version 5.1.0 (201216).  I hadn't realised what a huge change there was but I thought I had got everything working ok. Just after updating we went away for 5 days and on our return I discovered that there was no data in my TV guide.

I ran Update EPG from the settings which pulled the data using EPG Collector and created a new TVGuide.xml file but when the job was complete the message displayed is  EPG Update complete. [0 inserted, 0 updated, 0 skipped]

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The TVGuide.xml file seems normal, I have included it in the log files in case it is of some help.

It's not a NextPVR problem EPGCollector can't access the output folder Does C:\TVstuff exist?

Yes C:\TVStuff\TVGuide.xml does exist, a copy which was created when I ran Update EPG this morning was included with the logs.
I added user group Everyone with Full Control to the permissions and ran Update EPG again, this time SUCCESS 

You were looking at log entries that were a couple of days old, I had C:\Program Files (x86)\NPVR>NextPVR.exe" -updateepgonly  in the UpdateEPG.bat for version 4 but that line has since been removed from the bat file.

Using schedules.direct on version NPVR 5.0.2.200322. Two Fox channels have garbage data. Have run EPG update several times. It has been like this for several days. The schedules.direct info is correct.

In what way is it garbage? Does it have listings? Are they for the wrong channel? What type of source are you using for you - HDHomeRun, or something else?

Again, this should have been a new post, because it's nothing to do with the problem above.

I have the same problem with SD on a new hardware card I installed. Channels are loaded for the tuner and have SD set for each channel. When I tell it to update EPG the get the same listings over and over on each channel.

I would got to the Settings Guide and advanced button and automap by number. Make sure your listing is the ota listing too Then try the update. If it fails send the zipped logs.

All channels set to SD but all channels "Mapping" set to the first channel # of  '2.1'. Did the "Advanced Tools", "Auto Map", "ATSC", "SD", "Numbers and Identifiers". Nothing changes.

By that message you are running an old version so looking at the logs we see you are running an obsolete unsupported version

If you tried an update make sure there is not a copy of NPVR.zip in the folder with the installer, and if there is move it and rerun the installer.

Updated to latest version. Ran MAPPING again.  Still did not update channels to correct channel
