NextPVR on M1 Mac?

Hey!  I just tried the latest version which now needs 6.0 and I no longer can get it working and it won't even let me run my old install now.  Were you successful running the latest version and getting 6.0 on your M1 Mac?

Did you install Arm64 or x64 netcore for MacOS?

oops sorry!  I tried ARM64

but if I look at what installed it says this:
.NET Core SDKs:
6.0.402 (x64) [Used by Visual Studio for Mac. Specify individually or use —-force to remove]

.NET Core Runtimes:
6.0.10 (x64) [Used by Visual Studio for Mac or SDKs. Specify individually or use —-force to remove]



but the file I installed was this one: dotnet-sdk-6.0.402-osx-arm64.pkg

I uninstalled that version and tried an older version of .net 6 and it did show as ARM 64:
.NET Core SDKs:
6.0.305 (arm64) [Used by Visual Studio for Mac. Specify individually or use —-force to remove]

.NET Core Runtimes:
6.0.10 (arm64) [Used by Visual Studio for Mac or SDKs. Specify individually or use —-force to remove]
6.0.10 (x64)


but NPVR is still giving me the same error:

Unhandled exception. System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly '/Users/tim/Downloads/NPVR-2/NextPVRServer.dll'. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

You're after the 'ASP.NET Core Runtime 6.0.x' runtime.

How do I install that? There's no install file on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0. for Mac. just a binary but I'm not sure what that is haha

It looks like it did install:
The following was installed
• .NET SDK 6.0.402
• .NET Runtime 6.0.10
• ASP.NET Core Runtime 6.0.10

but NPVR won't load

I just check on my macbook, and I'm seeing the same thing. It'll probably be tomorrow before I can take a look why its doing this.

oops sorry!  I tried ARM64

The package was for x64 only

maybe try x64 instead until sub has a look.
