Assign different IPs to NextPVR for different Sat-IP Receivers

This is pure speculation but maybe it could depend on how smart the server is. Try changing your m3u file to make it appear NextPVR is a proxy server.
http://original_url|X-Forwarded-For=#.#.#.5 and ensure your Docker assigns the 4 local IP addresses to NextPVR host Martin |
