Can't watch certain channels on live tv (but can record)

Greetings all.

I am a new nextpvr (+kodi) user.  I recently switched from windows media centre as I started to have problems with it.  I am running Windows 7.

I have set up next pvr in kodi.  However I can't watch any of the Ch9 group channels live.  The other channels seem to work live though.  I can however, record those channels that don't work live and watch the recordings.  They just won't work live (black screen and goes back to kodi menu).  I also tried in the nextpvr client with the same result.

I have attached my logs from C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data\logs

You need to supply the zipped log you get from the v5 web settings page.

Do you know if you happen to have multiple transmitters in your region? It's possibly picking up the channels from the weaker one.

If you did an 'australia' / 'all regions' scan, it might be worth making a custom file, with just your local frequencies, to rule out other weaker versions being picked up.

Many thanks for your help.  I can confirm that I did a channel rescan with my proper region selected, those ch9 group of channels seem to be working now.  I am sure initially I selected "all regions."
