Scheduals Direct issue

I have SchedualesDirect however about 1/2 the channels don't fill in with info.  Any Ideas how to fix this?

Where are you TV channels coming from? HDHomeRun, other tuner, IPTV?

It's a Hapaguage quad 4 tuner card

Make sure you use the OTA listing if you use ATSC.and auto map by number.

Have you got the correct channel lineup selected? Is it QAM or ATSC?

It's always been ATSC I will have to read up on auto map

The most important thing is picking the lineup with a -OTA in it, the cable and satellite lineups won't work.
