Not sure why but this is the second time in recent months that my updates from SchedulesDirect have stopped working after working fine for a while (ATSC/Canada). Guide is empty. What logs do I need to look at?

If you are posting logs here simply send the zip file that NextPVR creates

Is it possible you deleted the lineups for your account?  Maybe check Settings Guide

The lineup is definitely still there in SD:

Looking at the lineup from the SD website like you did shows a different selection than the list of lineups selected via the JSON interface that NextPVR uses. So just because a lineup is there, doesn't mean that it is in the JSON configuration.

As martin said, you need to go to the NextPVR web Settings page and then the Guide page. At the top of the screen there, it will list the SD lineups you have configured for the JSON interface. For reference, here's a sample of mine:

Twice now my Schedules Direct lineup has unexpectedly disappeared even though I did not delete it.  Any ideas why this would happen?  This is OTA in the US with an HDHR connect.

I do know SD are doing some work on their backend recently...maybe they've caused some issues in these changes? Hard to know really.

I saw my JSON lineup disappear recently and I had to restart the service to get them back. Next time I will check the logs to see if I see the same thing the OP showed.

{"response":"NO_LINEUPS","code":4102,"serverID":"20141201.web.debug","message":"No lineups have been added to this account.","datetime":"2021-06-26T13:45:15Z"}

This would indicate an issue on the SD host

This happened to me again. The lineup still exists in my SD account but it disappears from NPVR. A restart of the service does not recover it. The only way to get it back is to add it again.
