Is SD still up and running?  For a few days now I have not been able to reach the website and my program guide is blank.

It seems to be ok from what I can tell. Hit the Update EPG button, then post the logs and we'll take a look.

Restart the server and post your logs. Some users have recently reported that SD lost their lineups.

I'm having EPG issues as well that may or may not be related.
This is with a second server that has been offline for a few months until today. My active server has guide data and no issues (it's at another location).
I checked schedules direct and still see my lineups.
I'm only seeing guide data for channels 202-388 (Collosus/Dish). Other dish channels have no guide data and OTA have no data either.
I do see errors in the log file (attached)

1. Those are the required logs from the web browser.

2. The lineup you see on the SD website is not the JSON lineup that NextPVR uses.

Not only NextPVR, I cannot even login to the site with a web browser for some reason....

I just get this....

This site can’t be reached
schedulesdirect.org took too long to respond.

Has something changed in the last month or so? I've been using this service for years...

Sorry artmetz you were right the first time I didn't know you were running V4. You can't connect to SD

SD is working fine here.

Here are my logs.  I am trying to add SD as a source but it gets stuck as I cannot even land on their site with a browser.   Bad Response from host....

You need to renter you sd information in NextPVR settings.
