Hi--is there a Volume Control feature or can you only mute the volume?

There isn't one built in. It just depends on the Windows volume control.

You also didn't specify the client or method keyboard, remote or mouse since they all have different volume methods.

Most new keyboards and laptops have MCE based keys as do most Windows remotes.
