audio/video not playing correctly in ver 5

Hello
i have multiple ver 5 machines not playing audio / video correctly.  I get freezing, lip syncing or no audio at all.  This does not happen on any of my ver 4 machines.

logs have been added.

also FYI. I have verified that I have good upload/download speeds from my ISP.

Is your v4 environment still working? If so, any chance you could supply logs? I just want to compare some stuff in contrast with your current log.

Do you have LAV set as both your h264 and AAC decoder?

For a bit of background - I saw a sample recording he had from v5. It came from IPTV source, and appeared have bad timing in it, like it was bad at the source. I'm curious why v4 seemed to be better. I wonder if v4 was using ffmpeg to bring it in, and this was conveniently fixing the timing, wheras v5 might be pulling it in as-is.

Ultimately, don't have enough to go on just yet.
