Names not saved with season number episode number

Hi,

I recently had to move my video folders to another drive since my old drive died.

Since then, the recordings are not including the season number and episode number for some reason.

Is there a way to resolve this?

Here are my Recording Settings:
[X] Use S01E01 file naming format if possible
[X]Use Movie.Name.(YEAR) format for movies if possible
[X] Use file names with Plex date format
[X] Replace spaces with period character
[ ] Create season directory if possible
[ ] Avoid duplicate recordings where possible
[X] Look for alternate airings on unresolved conflicts

Create a recording and upload your zipped logs and we can have a look.  Note I just checked we keep having to ask for the logs from you, it should be a  habit.

I did the following 2 things but that does not seem to have resolved my problem. 
Yesterday I recorded a bunch of "Mom" episodes from channel CJNT 62.1 but the names
are still as before.

I am including the log.

1- Last week someone suggested I re-scanned the channels to fix some issues I had with
watching/recording some channels.  When I re-scanned at first, it created a lot
of duplicate channels so I redid the scan but deleted the channels beforehand.  But
this also deleted all my EPG source settings...

Suggestion: It would be nice if the re-scan did not create duplicate and just updated
whatever has changed.  Although this may not as easy as it sounds.

So the EPG source settings were wrong, so I put them back to the correct XMLTV file sources.

2- I also did a refresh of the EPG too.  When looking at a particular episode, it seems
to show the correct Season and Episodes number.  Not sure why the recording names is not using this.

Another suggestion.  Personally, I would move the following from the 'About' to the
'Guide' settings:
  "How do I update the EPG?"
  "Update EPG"  "Empty EPG" 

My reason is that I could not find how to refresh the EPG after updating the xml locations a few days ago.
Then I found those by mistake while trying to get the logs.

If you XMLTV source for OTA is good, the map on channel number should be good too. Most people just use Schedules Direct and avoid all the issues and support posts.

My guide source works well so I am not sure what could be wrong.

You asked me for the log in a previous post.  If you find anything wrong please let me know.  Or perhaps there is some troubleshooting/wiki page that would tell me where I should look in the logs for these kind of problems.

The log is too full of useless info to help, it doesn't go back to when the recordings happened. I can see the Mom problem starting. It is best to duplicate the problem and then send the logs. Perhaps update the EPG and then create the recording and then send logs.

It shows 'XMLTV'.  This is one of the thing I fixed in "1-" of my previous post.

Maybe the common one is confusing things but that should work. That's why I asked a few times to see you show an example in the logs. There should be something on now you can test.
