Schedule Recording error

Everytime I either manually schedule a program to record or try to do it from the guide...I get a "Tuner is not available at the specified time" when clearly it is. Why am I having this issue?

Check to make sure you tuner is not marked disabled. If the tuners are fine upload the zipped logs as explained here.
