I was able to modify OSD Timeout Settings in v4 by editing the config.xml file in public userdata.

Is it possible to do this in v5?

If it is, then which config file should I edit, and where is it located?

Yes, same settings (<OSDTimeoutInfo> etc). C:\users\public\NPVR-Data\config.xml

I was looking in C:\Users\Public\NPVR rather than C:\Users\Public\NPVR-data. Probably a hangover from v4.
