Recurring recordings question?

Hello,

Could someone tell me how often NextPVR checks schedules to schedule a recurring recording. Thinking of dropping Schedules Direct and just using the EPG data I get from XEEV (Xtream-editor.com). Would the decrease in EPG data affect my recordings?

XMLTV is slower and your meta art could be less accurate. Depending on the source you may or may lose features like season/episode, the new flag, and duplicate prevention.

If you update via XMLTV or SD once a day that should be good enough, SD doesn't provide updates that often.
