So I’ve got a 2021 Apple TV 4K and I’m looking for a new 4K tv to take advantage of Dolby Vision. Since I’ll be using the Apple TV for smart tv features the TV-OS that comes with the tv is not important to me. With that in mind does anyone have any recommendations on some TV’s that provide the best picture quality for the money? For instance if hypothetically a Vizio tv has a worse stock OS but invests in better panels or has better colours than Sony or Samsung I would take the Vizio. I also plan on buying a decent Dolby atmos sound system so the stock tv speakers are not a major factor either.
I’ll be putting it in a room that can get pretty bright during the day so I’m not married to OLED if it can't get bright enough, but if it provides the best picture overall I would go for it.
Budget is not an issue, I'm just looking for the straight up best picture quality and colors for the money without caring about the sound or os features. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

The problem is your question is a bit broad. OLED will give you the best picture but the price will be $$$. What size are you looking for? Do you need a wide viewing angle? Will you be gaming? For many TVs the picture quality and viewing angle change depending on the size of the TV. Larger TVs tend to have better chipsets.
Sony Bravia have some of the best non-OLED pictures. LG or Samsung have units that might be a bit cheaper.

If you were in the US, I'd recommend picking up a 'refurbished' TV after the SuperBowl as there are an amazing number of people that buy TVs for it and return them after.
