Channel scan of Hauppauge WinTV-DualHD usb tuner does not find Prime, Maori TV, Parliament TV, Al Jazeera maybe a few more more. Does anyone with experience of New Zealand environment know what's happening here?

I have discovered that these channels are on a different MUX to the group I have found and the desired MUX may be transmitted at a lower strength signal. I will try realigning my antenna.

It's probably a case of the specific tuning file you're selecting needing to be updated (to change/add a frequency). You could also try the NZ / all regions setting, which should scan all frequencies we use in NZ.

I recently referred another NZ user to an alternate scan table. https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.ph...#pid567732 since the distros can be outdated.
You can download the alternate NZ-all from that link. Put it an /usr/share/dtv-scanning-table/dvt-t and remember this is linux so you will need to copy it in as sudo. Martin
