Specify render device for VAAPI?

Hi,

I am getting up and running with NextPVR on an old Macbook running Ubuntu. It has two GPUs, a native iGPU and a Radeon GPU. I can't get VAAPI to work, and I think my issue may be that my Radeon gpu is /dev/dri/renderD128 and my Intel iGPU is /dev/dri/RenderD129.

Is there a way to specify the VAAPI args or the device identifier to make NextPVR select the iGPU rather than the Radeon? Right now it's trying to pick the Radeon and erroring out.

You could look at editing TransodeHLS in config.xml from Default https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=62746 Your logs will show you what is actually being used.

Alternative you can download https://nextpvr.com/download.html direct play clients Kodi or the MacOS client and then you would not have to deal with transcoding at all.
