Recording

Not sure if this is the right place for this. I'm using another well known software for recording but not working out too well.
Does this NextPVR record input from a IPTV?

Yes but if the problem is with VPN, provider or network, NextPVR does expect an uninterrupted stream for recordings. Also providers that change m3u frequently don't work as well for recording as might happen with Live TV-only clients that load channels dynamically and maybe stop and start aren't as problematic. For any PVR software you want a stable source.
