Log in to :8866 fails

Can someone help?
I have installed NextPVR and tried to login through admin/password. But I receive error message "Login failed'. Attached zipped log file

Try http://127.0.0.1:8866/index.html and make sure you don't have any Javascript blockers like NoScript or uBlockOrigin preventing JavaScript from running.
