Clean install - LibreElec, Need NextPVR Backend

Hello!

I'm in the process of switching my set-top box build from Windows 10 over to Linux and have installed LibreELEC (10.0.2 generic x86_64) and it is functioning.  I'm currently in the process of restoring the DVR function I had and am trying to install the NextPVR backend natively on the machine.

I've used Linux before but, LibreELEC has me somewhat stumped.

Being a clean install of LibreELEC (generic) the .deb method isn't available, so the manual route seems like it's what I need to do.  However, it's not clear to me how to install anything from the command line when I ssh into LibreELEC.

I did manage to find the Core .NET runtimes in the program add-ons and made it that far.  And I was able to check my /dev folder and the two tuners for my card are present. 

But I (and I'm embarrassed to say) literally have no idea how to download and install what I need to install NextPVR from the LibreELEC command line. 

Hardware: MITAC PD10BI MT Thin Mini-ITX MB, Intel Celeron J1900 embedded itx motherboard
Tuner: Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250

I am waiting for for CvH to approve package for the LE and CE repos for a while now. Here is the instruction that hasn't been added to the wiki https://github.com/emveepee/Testing/wiki/LibreElec

If you want I can post the zip file and you can try the manual install of the package, it is simple and will update to the repo version.

Ok. Sure post it up. Does it install like an add-on? Or will I ssh into the system and install it there?

Here you go.  Yes it is a package so you need to install from zip instead of a repo.  This is slightly updated from the wip wik documentation, it adds a requested option to change the SAT>IP port.

Is that LE 10 or 11? If so I expect a dependency didn't install. Try and and send the url to a paste of the Kodi log

Ok it didn't install ffmpeg or netcore. Could you check the dependencies button and see if there is an option to download them.

Looking at the log in more detail it appears your device didn't have Internet access and all http calls failed. This is a requirement for installation.

Ok.... I think my pihole is blocking it then as the .220 ip is that device. I was going to say, the dependency screen says they're installed. I will disable the pihole and reinstall.
