Kind of, using the NScriptHelper, but I don't know if I'd recommend it, since it's going to pull in all the channels.
In reality, there is no point in having 30,000 tv channels that you get with some IPTV providers. That's just going to be an overwhelming amount of crap, and will slow things down, and make the experience worse. I always recommend that users use the filter options while importing, so that they only import the channel groups that they're really interested in (ie, a couple hundred channels vs thousands). Blindly updating channels with NScriptHelper.exe will undo that good work.

I only have about 100 channels so that works. Can you point me in the right direction for NScriptHelper? All I need to do is update the m3u8 about every 6 hours to refresh the m3u8 URLS as they have a token that changes.

Just to confirm the entire m3u8 file will be reloaded not just filtered channels
