I am missing SchedulesDirect guide info for a few channels, Hallmark, Hallmark Moves and Mysteries, and WGN, along with a few others.  The section of the log where NextPvr attempts to retrieve the listings is below.  (Full log zip is attached).

This appears to indicate the NextPvr properly requested the listing, but there was no listing information for the channels that show "has 0 listings", in which case, the problem is with SchedulesDirect.  Does that seem correct?

Thanks.

Yes, there appears to be no listings coming back for these channels from Schedules Direct.

It could also be the ID or channel mapping you might need to remap those channels. If it continue open a support ticket on the SD web site.

I contacted SD, and the response was that I have a stale channel lineup. I followed my notes for adding a a channel: do a rescan of the tuner in the web setup Devices page, uncheck all but the new channels I want to add, THEN save the scanned channels. My notes say to repeat this on the other two tuners (the HDHR Prime includes three tuners). I added four channels using this process.

What I found is that the four channels I added each appeared in the guide three times, while the bulk of the channels (which were not updated) only appear once with the notation "[3 sources]".

I took the notes when I went through the process of adding a channels more than a year ago, but the notes must be incomplete or incorrect. I found this video link in the wiki, but it appears to be based on NextPVR v4 and it wasn't clear from that what I need to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqJ7QiYS3Rk

How can I add the channels to each tuner without them appearing in the guide three times?

Thanks.

The "normal" way to add channels on a multi-tuner HDHR is to do the scan/update on the first tuner. Then go to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th tuners and use the trash can to delete all the channels from those tuners. After that, go back and select the each of the additional tuners again, and you should get a pop-up option to copy channels from the first device.

Since you have already separately scanned on each tuner, you could alternatively merge the identical channels from each of the tuners. (That is done on the channels tab.)

Deleting the channels from the second and subsequent tuners was the step I was missing. My notes just said that the copy channels function only worked on the initial setup.  I just didn't realize you can mimic that condition by deleting all the channels from the tuner.

Thanks for helping me get squared away.
