To summarize, it's a bug in Schedules Direct's backend logic, which effects a small number of users (where requests seem to come from different addresses). Schedules Direc able to correct it on a case-by-case basis we you contact them (which it sounds like you've done, and are waiting to hear back)

I'm sure they will also be working on a more permanent fix, so this special setting isn't required for those affected users.

I apologize for not updating sooner (as I started this thread) but I've been on the road and Robert asked me to test after some changes were made on the Schedules Direct side.  Basically, my story is that I nailed up a VPN with a solid egress node on my machine running NextPVR and that that seemed to fix things immediately (to overcome the multiple address issue on my side from my T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway).  Then Robert contacted me and asked me to check things again, and shortly after that, it still seemed broken without the VPN setup.  However, by the time I got home and check things properly, it has worked flawlessly without my VPN "fix" and just back on T-Mobile connection (where it had worked without issue for over a year).

So, there are workarounds while Schedules Direct addresses the case-by-case, but it seems like they're able to take care of it quicker than they were when I first started this.

Thanks yet again to folks' steering me in the right direction for the long-term fix, you know who you are... Smile.
