Schedules Direct - Unable to login with NextPVR

Unable to login but login info works fine on schedulesdirect.org.  I can only think that it is a problem with their server, so I opened a ticket with schedulesdirect.  However, I think if the listings are not updating, then a warning of some kind might be in order.  It is in the log which is great, but some people might not know what is happening.  I did new install of nextpvr on another pc and the listings will not even load, so definitely login issue.

This is a new one on me. I've not seen this in any other user's logs, so not really sure what this operating system error message is saying.

Are you running any firewall or antivirus software that might be blocking NextPVR's ability to connect to the Schedules Direct server?

It's not a NextPVR error, but rather something networky happening in your environment. It's never getting as far as connecting the Schedules Direct server, so not attempting a login.

You could maybe try starting a command prompt as administrator, and running:

ipconfig /flushdns

I redid everything and noticed nordvpn was automatically starting up. I changed some settings in Nordvpn and all is well again. Lesson learned.

Are you using a VPN? I see so many IP's for SD in your logs are they all need to be open

Yeah, you gave me really good clues.  I simply did not notice the ipv6 stuff, because the guide listings last for about two weeks. I was even messing with tailscale for a minute as well.  I tried changing the rules for applications routing through the vpn to prevent this from happening, but no luck. It does fix connecting to servers that I had running like Blue Iris.  I do have both ipv4 and ipv6 enabled.  However, if I have more connectivity issues then I am killing all ipv6 when troubleshooting. 

(edit) I did have more issues and did kill ipv6 and you got this one dead on the money!!! (edit)

I would have noticed probably without asking for help if I had connection refusal warning when trying to download guide listings, so that might be a useful feature during the next release.

Now, I am missing part of the guide data for Sunday.  I tried emptying epg and updating, but no luck.  So, maybe not a huge deal given it is updating and it is just one day of NFL football early games. I could live with that.

Still errors in those logs plus some bad mappings, so it might not be updating. I personally don't support ERROR only logs so change config.xml to show the full logs.
