I'm running the latest (6.1.1.221106) version of NPVR on Windows 10. I signed up for Schedules Direct in October and I set it up, everything was running smoothly. I noticed it initially had about 1 week's worth of listings, but then it eventually increased it to 13 (or 14) days. It did this on its own, I didn't specify any numbers of days, so I left it to use whatever the default is.

Now it seems the listings have not been updating for about a week. I was away for about that time so did not notice until yesterday.

I don't see any mention of issues on the SD site.

Whenever I attempt a manual update of the guide in the web app, I get
EPG Update complete. [2337 inserted, 0 updated, 0 skipped]

One thing that stands out is that today's (Sunday Nov 6) listings go up to 11 pm only. The rest of the days show up to midnight, at least until 7 pm on Mon Nov 14 after which there are no more listings.

A manual EPG update, which you would have done when you first setup NextPVR, pulls in a week of listings from Schedules Direct. The automated overnight EPG update pulls in two weeks of listings. It does this so the user doesn't have to sit waiting forever for the EPG to come in when setting it up - particularly if you have a lot of channels (which could have several hundred channels).

I took a look at your logs, and I can see the EPG updating each night over the last week, and seems to be pulling in the listings just fine.

When you did a manual EPG update, just before posting the logs, you effectively put it back to a week of listings.

ie, just let it do the automated EPG update overnight for the max amount of listings.

Ok, that clears things up. I did a test with the auto EPG update time set to just a little while ago, and sure enough the full 2 weeks is there. When I saw that the number of days of listings data that was being fetched increased, I thought it was something at SD's end, but now I understand.

We just pushed our clocks back 1 hour here, falling back to Eastern Standard Time which explains what I'm seeing for today's listings. They show as being 1 hour later than they actually are. However, I tried a test recording and it was recorded at the correct time. (hopefully it will be the same tomorrow)

Edit/update: I clicked on the NextPVR tab at upper left in the web app, and it showed an upcoming recording at 8 pm tonight (which is correct), whereas in the TV Guide tab it was showing at 9 pm. Clicking back on the TV Guide tab, it now shows as being on at 8 pm. I haven't changed any settings, but everything seems to have sorted itself out.
