How to install npvr on freebsd (xigmanas)?
it is possible?

Microsoft netcore doesn't support FreeBSD so no native support and xigmaNAS does not support Docker. Consider OpenMediaVault

I would like to install nextpvr on xigmanas. Can I install it in a jail?

The issue is Microsoft .netcore not running so you would need to set up a virtual environment that could support dotnet. I am sure it is easier just to create a new server.
