I can't get Schedule Direct to update the EPG for my hdhomerun quatro running on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
NextPVR version: 6.1.1.221106

You need to go to the Schedules Direct website and login https://www.schedulesdirect.org/login2 and then report the issue as a lineup issue. https://www.schedulesdirect.org/lineupsupport

This is not a NextPVR problem.

Alternatively could it be that the stupid user didn't have a line-up selected at Schedules Direct? I'm sorry I've been trying a number of different combinations and must have deleted the line-up. I've created the correct line up at SD and still have no EPG for hdhomerun.

No, not stupid users, it appears that you have your NJ zip code and lineup registered properly. Adding the lineup on the Schedules Direct web site won't help with the more advance JSON format used by NextPVR.

Please only attach the zip file you get from the NextPVR web settings page.

The "more advanced JSON format" is what I had assumed previously. OK then, to summarize:

It doesn't matter if I have a lineup selected at SD
I still really have a problem with SD and need to contact them
And finally, the attached are what you are typically looking for for support.

Yes those are the logs, but I can't guarantee from them that you have the SD problem, your channels seem too messed at this point, maybe because of the SD problem.

If it was me I would redo the database, you can back it up if you think it

sudo services nextpvr-server stop
sudo rm /var/opt/nextpvr/npvr.db3
sudo services nextpvr-server restart

Then scan and add your tuners and the EPG again and then send the logs again.

Are you using TMobile internet?
